Office policies and procedures - updated as of 2023:
We are still implementing "curbside check-in" (call us from the car to check in and we will bring you and your pet(s) into the office when we are ready to see them). Masks are no longer required to enter the office. We do ask that if you feel ill or have been recently exposed to someone who is ill or positive for COVID-19, that you call us and reschedule your pet's appointment.
Appointments are required at all times for all hospital services, including surgeries. We do not accept walk-ins.
**At this time, we are booked anywhere from 10-14 days in advance for appointments, and up to 8 plus weeks for surgery appointments.**
Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. We are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times for our daily appointments as we try to accommodate all of our clients and their pets urgent medical needs. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
